Key Responsibilities

•Own senior level strategic engagement and execute the enterprise account strategy for priority healthcare clients in the region
•Serve as executive sponsor for senior customer relationships, including C-suite and board-level stakeholders
•Build trusted, long-term partnerships based on shared value, outcomes, and strategic alignment
•Deliver revenue, margin, and long-term value objectives for EA&IHS
•Own forecasting, pipeline management, and multi-year growth plans
•Lead collaboration across Operating Units and functions to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
•Translate enterprise customer needs into coordinated, scalable execution across Medtronic
•Lead, develop, and engage the EA&IHS team across the Benelux region
