Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications and procurement activities across multiple retail projects
- Support delivery of flagship, innovation and store development projects by monitoring milestones, tracking actions and escalating risks
- Manage project administration including budgets, purchase orders, cost tracking, meeting coordination, action registers and project reporting
- Coordinate suppliers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and to company standards
- Support store build execution, defect management, landlord contribution claims and project handovers across active projects
