Key Responsibilities
- Own the demand & supply planning process within S&OP and drive continuous improvement across specific brand categories
- Drive demand consensus and prepare/facilitate the demand review with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure store and Distribution Centre availability is best in class
- Manage brand delivery-in-full performance and partner with brand team to execute commercial targets
- Ensure data accuracy in historical data and new data setup
- Continuously improve processes and forecast accuracy
- Manage system forecast performance and collaborate on inventory policy adjustment
- Collaborate with store operations, merchandise, digital, marketing, and supply chain functions to generate a consensus forecast
- Collaborate with internal brand teams on forecast creation for new items and ranges
- Manage flow of stock from Brands to DC and oversee purchase order lifecycle
