Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain constant connectivity with key Strata clients including regular visitation.
- Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight and development of staff.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team.
- Roll out strata and claims training to Strata Managers and respond to their technical insurance questions.
- Continue to grow the book of business working toward retention and new business goals.
- Maintain strong technical insurance knowledge across Property Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee (Crime Coverage), and Office Bearers (Directors & Officers) Liability.
