Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of liability claims management and risk advice to the Local Government sector.
- Deliver technical advice to the Claims team.
- Develop the technical skill set of the Claims team.
- Manage sensitive, political, and high-risk claims, with support of the LGAMLS Legal Panel and attend Court matters.
- Collaborate with Liability Risk Advisors to identify claims trends and establish proactive risk management programs.
- Support Scheme Manager in complying with LGAMLS KPIs and other key objectives.
