Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of liability claims management and risk advice to the Local Government sector.
- Deliver technical advice to the Claims team.
- Develop the technical skill set of the Claims team.
- Manage sensitive, political, and high-risk claims, with the support of the LGAMLS Legal Panel and attend matters at Court.
- Collaborate with Liability Risk Advisors to identify claims trends to establish proactive risk management programs/guidance.
- Support Scheme Manager in complying with delivery of LGAMLS KPI’s and other key objectives as set out in the LGSA Mutual Board Strategy
