Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow personal relationships and a book of business, and contribute to team sales targets
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your accounts and coinciding business needs
- Utilise risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures and develop solutions
- Execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects
- Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences and client functions
