Key Responsibilities
- Work with Construction Manager and facilitate problem solving and logistics planning between subcontractors.
- Work intensively with VDC team to coordinate field activities and trade coordination.
- Develop understanding of contract documents and produce phasing plans, logistics systems interrelationships, construction sequencing.
- Lead logistics/planning meetings and track minutes and logistics plans.
- Produce and document logistics plans with assistance from Construction Manager and subcontractors.
- Interface with OFE manager for client-provided equipment and provide logistics plans for equipment installation.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to Quality documentation and logistic plans.
