Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders and receipting in a timely manner
- Processing invoices and following up with Finance where required
- Maintaining accurate contractor records (insurances, permits, inductions, compliance docs)
- Supporting Capex tracking and facilities budgets
- Assisting with reporting and administrative support for the Facilities team
- Ensuring all documentation and records are up to date and audit-ready
- Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and external contractors
