Key Responsibilities

•Administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise server infrastructure across Windows Server and Linux environments.
•Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix.
•Manage and evolve Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure services.
•Administer on-premises Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PKI/certificate services.
•Own the enterprise backup and recovery platform.
•Lead cloud adoption and migration activities to Azure.
•Develop infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform.
•Manage enterprise storage platforms including SAN, NAS, and software-defined storage.
•Maintain enterprise monitoring and observability tooling.
•Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents.
•Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior administrators.
•Manage patching and vulnerability remediation across the server estate.
•Maintain documentation for infrastructure components.
•Contribute to IT operations projects and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
•Collaborate with IT Security team on security policies.
•Participate in IT on-call rotation.
