Key Responsibilities

•Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and period end financial reporting, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 statutory accounts, regulatory compliance reporting, and Board deliverables.
•Working with offshore service providers to ensure high-quality, efficient execution of core accounting, close, and reporting activities.
•Maintain general ledger integrity by delivering high-quality balance sheet reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and controls.
•Analyse financial results, identify key drivers and variances, and provide insights to support the Senior Finance Manager Group Services in undertaking scenario and sensitivity analysis.
•Collaborate closely with Group Finance and regional finance stakeholders across Lendlease to ensure alignment of reporting, controls, and financial outcomes.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and systems, providing subject matter expertise and contributing to increased efficiency and reporting quality.
•Lead engagement with external auditors, proactively managing audit deliverables and timelines.
