Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve sales targets
- Develop graduate brokers following a skills development pathway
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Shape team planning and operational rhythms
- Recruit and onboard new brokers within your territory
- Promote the utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Associate, Customer Solutions, salesforce, customer experience, UX teams)
- Build external relationships with lender partners
