- Lead and inspire a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve sales targets
- Develop recent graduate brokers through skills development pathway
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Shape team planning and operational rhythms
- Recruit and onboard new brokers within territory
