Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets
- Continue the development of recent graduate brokers in line with skills development pathway
- Consistently drive results and performance through hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Play a key part in shaping team planning and operational rhythms
- Be actively involved in recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territory
- Promote and monitor utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results
- Engage internal stakeholders primarily with Associate and Customer Solutions team as well as salesforce, customer experience and UX teams
- Build external stakeholder relationships with lender partners
