Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, partnering closely with Learning & Capability, Operations, and other teams to deliver effective learning solutions.
  • •Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning programs across virtual and face-to-face environments, including session plans, eLearning modules, videos, assessments, and supporting materials.
  • •Tailor learning solutions to learner needs, business priorities, and real-world operational challenges, ensuring content is practical, accessible, and outcome-focused.
  • •Communicate complex concepts clearly and create an inclusive, engaging, and psychologically safe learning environment.
  • •Use learning systems, data, and feedback to track learner impact, improve training effectiveness, and continuously enhance the learner experience.
  • •Support mandatory, compliance, and risk-based training requirements, ensuring materials are accurate, current, well-documented, and audit-ready.
  • •Apply creative learning approaches, including microlearning, gamification, video, and emerging technologies, to improve engagement and knowledge retention.
  • •Maintain high-quality learning artefacts that are brand-aligned, accessible, commercially aware, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • •Use tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Biteable, Venngage, LMS platforms, MS Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack to develop and manage learning content.
