Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on policies, procedures and people best practices
- Drive people matters through to resolution, ensuring risks, performance concerns and stakeholder issues are proactively managed
- Build trusted relationships through regular engagement with leaders and teams
- Drive and deliver strategic people initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate and manage employee lifecycle activities including performance and salary reviews, talent and succession planning, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition
- Provide advice regarding disciplinary, performance and grievance matters
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and professionalism across all communication, documentation and people processes
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent, capability gaps and development opportunities
- Actively coach and mentor members within the People team
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend ways to enhance our people and culture approach
