Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement across Workday platform and people systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and strong user experience
- Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and support large foundational initiatives
- Configure and maintain Workday across key HCM areas
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Support releases, testing cycles, and change deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
- Contribute to Latitude’s shift toward an AI-first approach, including adoption and optimisation of Workday Agents and emerging capabilities
