Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse business requirements related to owner use bookings, settlements, document handling, news items, shared ownership, and HOA features
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Map and document end-to-end processes across systems such as Maxxton, the Homeowner Portal, CRM, and financial platforms
- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Owner Relations, Finance/SSC, Park Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and alignment meetings
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and scope definition
- Prepare test scenarios and participate in functional and UAT testing
- Analyse data flows related to settlements, financial postings, document delivery, and owner identity
- Support compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls
