Key Responsibilities
- Act as key quality advocate, ensuring high standards across end-to-end customer journeys
- Build, own and drive testing strategy for Lifecycle and Engagement domain
- Build and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and E2E levels
- Promote best testing practices and improve test coverage across teams
- Provide fast, actionable feedback on releases, bugs, and new features
- Identify quality risks early and proactively resolve them with the team
- Collaborate with QA Platform Team to improve tools, processes, and validation activities
- Actively participate in team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross-team test coordination, test data readiness, and validation for key flows
