•Portfolio scoping & pre-feasibility assessment (feasibility, time, complexity, constraints, milestones, resources, CAPEX/OPEX)
•Options development & trade-offs (packaging design, material shifts, supplier changes, manufacturing adjustments)
•Portfolio prioritization & roadmap aligned to regulatory deadlines and business priorities
•Governance and decision preparation for stakeholder decision-making
•End-to-end project delivery of packaging regulation projects through detailed feasibility, business case, planning, execution, closure
