Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of defined long-/mid-term short-term project(s) within organizational procedures and standards
- Define requirements with project sponsor/customer or senior colleagues, design implementation proposal, evaluate feasibility
- Responsible for technical and organizational management and financial aspects of activities
- Report progress and any issues to more senior management
- Manage all activities of the project team
- Coach and develop maintenance capability of teams by serving as technical coach and resource
- Spend time on floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion
- Work with COE to continuously improve routes and action plans surrounding CBM and improve content and standardization of Bill of Material
- Work with COE to continuously improve Preventive Maintenance work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies
- Order parts as necessary to support maintenance activities
- Responsible for DMS breakdown elimination and defect handling to ensure zero loss by initiating short-term fixes and developing long-term plans
- Prepare and lead all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance for various high-speed and packaging machinery
- Troubleshoot and implement improvements to recurring technical losses
- Update standards and procedures to reduce maintenance costs (parts and labour) in line with budget
- Manage stakeholders by collaborating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Breakdown departments
- Prioritize Preventative maintenance activities in weekly schedule
- Understand principle-centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
- Coach and qualify AM and PM activities with employees within process
- Actively participate in team goal setting and implementation to ensure low-cost, high-quality production
- Ensure product and workplace quality by following all procedures and guidelines
- Comply with all established GMP and HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and KHMS quality operating safety procedures
- Be flexible to occasionally adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
