Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead brand NPDs including idea generation, business plans, P&L management, go to market planning, and post launch audits
  • •Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager and Category Development on strategy development including one and three-year plan
  • •Lead portfolio packaging renovation projects from briefing to validation, implementation and changeover management
  • •Develop and implement above the line and below the line activities for new product launches
  • •Develop impactful and breakthrough campaign creatives across ANZ
  • •Liaise with agencies to develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
  • •Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting
  • •Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spend
  • •Communicate and coordinate across cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Management
