Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough inspections, servicing and maintenance of overhead cranes and lifting equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and breakdowns
- Performing field modernisations, upgrades and installations
- Attending emergency breakdown callouts as required
- Identifying and sourcing parts efficiently
- Conducting accurate risk assessments before every task
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers about findings and repair solutions
- Completing documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
