Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough inspection services to various makes and models of standard cranes.
- Work independently on repair, field modernisations and installation jobs on standard equipment.
- Identify and source all parts from the Konecranes Store.
- Offer standard repair and field modernisation solutions to customers.
- Attend emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults on standard cranes.
- Have a good understanding of Konecranes products and services.
- Have a broad understanding of Konecranes Company, Safety and Risk assessment procedures.
- Identify and contact local Support Functions and Global Technical Support channel if required.
- Broad understanding of Australian Standards.
