Key Responsibilities
- Planning, prioritising and scheduling work
- Planning un-planned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and the Service Manager
- Arranging/ ordering sub-contracted goods, services and equipment
- Capturing and controlling job-related costs by way of Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
- Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, technicians and subcontractors
- Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate a timely delivery of the Orderbook when requisite components are available
