- Plan, prioritise and schedule work
- Plan un-planned breakdown work with Field Supervisors and Service Manager
- Arrange/order sub-contracted goods, services and equipment
- Capture and control job-related costs using Time and Material Trackers
- Communicate planning process and timelines to customers, technicians and subcontractors
- Track and receive material orders to facilitate timely delivery of Orderbook
