Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary link between customers, internal teams, AR, and KBS Portal Team for portal matters.
  • •Communicate proactively regarding portal requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
  • •Facilitate onboarding of new customer portals, ensuring setup requirements are completed and documented.
  • •Provide regular progress updates on portal onboarding and escalate delays or technical issues.
  • •Support KBS Portal Team with configuration and maintenance of local customer portals.
  • •Monitor and report portal performance issues, recurring failures, and customer pain points.
  • •Communicate aged invoice issues caused by portal failures and coordinate corrective actions.
  • •Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
