Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary link between customers, internal teams, AR, and KBS Portal Team for portal matters.
- Communicate proactively regarding portal requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate onboarding of new customer portals, ensuring setup requirements are completed and documented.
- Provide regular progress updates on portal onboarding and escalate delays or technical issues.
- Support KBS Portal Team with configuration and maintenance of local customer portals.
- Monitor and report portal performance issues, recurring failures, and customer pain points.
- Communicate aged invoice issues caused by portal failures and coordinate corrective actions.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
