Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute expansion strategies across your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value
- Take full ownership of revenue targets, consistently delivering against and exceeding quota
