Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a revenue target, consistently meeting and exceeding quota through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within your customer base.
- Proactively engage with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, leveraging Kaseya’s full suite of products to maximise account value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while aligning their needs to Kaseya’s solutions.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to drive pipeline, identify risks, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, proactively addressing gaps and using insights to drive expansion strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, maximise retention, and support ongoing account growth.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
