Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop pricing strategies, including ongoing management of Dynamic Pricing models
- Establish pickup and channel targets to drive performance and accountability across sales channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions
- Conduct financial reporting and analyse key performance metrics, such as guest numbers, occupancy, yield, and gross margin
- Manage pricing strategies for online travel agencies (OTAs) and oversee wholesale group allocations
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements, and develop promotional campaigns with post-campaign analysis
