Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of bicycles and luggage onto and off vessels
- Deliver on shore vessel support through jetty setup, guest queue management and vessel berthing/departure procedures
- Assist guests with their luggage while providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate bike fleet to ensure adequate numbers are available
- Ensure bikes and special equipment are loaded per bookings and operational requirements
- Provide support to on-water team to meet operations schedules and objectives
- Adhere to REX operational safety and marine procedures and protocols
