Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets
- Provide functional leadership to in-market Supply Chain Leaders
- Ensure consistent, high-performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
- Partner closely with commercial leaders to translate business strategy into supply chain plans
- Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Lead cluster-wide strategies for asset deployment and utilization
- Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across markets
- Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end cost-to-serve while maintaining service levels
- Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams
- Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
