Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the APAC regional strategy in alignment with global business objectives
- Provide senior leadership and direction to regional teams to drive performance, growth, and operational excellence
- Oversee regional business planning, forecasting, and performance management activities
- Partner with global leaders to ensure consistent execution of enterprise strategies and initiatives across APAC
- Drive market expansion, innovation, and portfolio optimization across diverse APAC markets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and governance requirements across the region
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal leaders
