Key Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC Professional Education strategy for A&R, aligned with global learning continuums and regional business objectives.
- Partner with Global Education Solutions (GES) and APAC leaders to translate commercial and clinical needs into effective professional education solutions.
- Identify regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape innovative curriculum and program design.
- Oversee design, localization, and deployment of clinical content, learning journeys, and procedural education aligned to global A&R curriculum standards.
- Ensure high-quality execution of education programs, including product launches, procedural training, skills labs, and digital learning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global faculty, KOLs, and training centers.
- Manage external vendors and education partners to ensure excellence in program delivery.
- Promote adoption of emerging learning technologies including simulation, telementoring, virtual education, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with GES partners to pilot and scale new education tools and methodologies across APAC.
- Ensure all education content is compliant and routed through required review processes.
