Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure employees are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner
  • •Utilise technology to assist in room booking, reserving amenities and guests needs
  • •Ensure the workplace is presentable and always inviting
  • •Provide soft first line of support for IT/AV
  • •Support planned and pop-up events across the building
  • •Inspect meeting room set-up and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy
  • •Work with building management team to report and manage building related issues
  • •Be the point of contact for all vendors for delivery
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
  • •Assist with creating monthly Newsletter and Weekly updates
