Key Responsibilities
- Ensure employees are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner
- Utilise technology to assist in room booking, reserving amenities and guests needs
- Ensure the workplace is presentable and always inviting
- Provide soft first line of support for IT/AV
- Support planned and pop-up events across the building
- Inspect meeting room set-up and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy
- Work with building management team to report and manage building related issues
- Be the point of contact for all vendors for delivery
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
- Assist with creating monthly Newsletter and Weekly updates
