Key Responsibilities
- Understand and work within the requirements of the Property Management Agency Agreement
- Provide input for strategic asset management plans and quarterly business plan updates
- Compile regular and ad-hoc portfolio reports covering financial, building, and lease management matters
- Prepare and manage portfolio income and expenditure budgets and forecasts
- Authorise invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maximise rental income and deliver on financial targets
- Lead and execute lease administration functions including rent reviews and arrears management
- Manage lease negotiations for renewals, prepare deal analysis, and draft Heads of Agreement
- Oversee aspects of tenant fit-out coordination and manage lessor works
- Act as primary champion for customer relationship management, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
- Handle tenant liaison including queries and complaints
- Coordinate with Property Services and Engineering staff to manage operational requirements and capital expenditure projects
- Lead coordination for property valuations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements
