Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of all workplace transformation and relocation phases, ensuring program objectives and milestones are met.
  • •Develop and monitor comprehensive program schedules, risk registers, and reporting frameworks, acting as escalation point for critical issues.
  • •Integrate project delivery with client change initiatives to support adoption of new workplace strategies.
  • •Act as primary client interface, leading communication and engagement with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • •Champion positive business unit engagement and facilitate executive/user workshops.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (internal/external) including facilities management, business unit leaders, IT, and communications.
  • •Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all workstreams.
  • •Allocate, manage, and mentor project teams, including direct oversight of the Relocation Manager.
  • •Direct and review performance of relocation vendors and service partners, ensuring quality, compliance, and budget adherence.
  • •Lead scenario planning and sequencing for complex moves across building levels and business units.
  • •Ensure compliance with WHS and statutory requirements; proactively address risks and operational challenges.
  • •Identify process improvements and implement lessons learned to drive efficiency and program excellence.
  • •Develop and track program budgets, manage financial forecasts, and provide variance analysis.
  • •Deliver clear executive dashboards and reports on progress, spend, risks, and workforce impacts for client leadership.
