Senior Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for service delivery under The Contract KPIs and SLAs for all Assigned sites
  • •Responsible for technical and facilities operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, and all Planned Maintenance activities are completed per the scheduled maintenance program
  • •Provide proactive assistance with any 3rd party contractor works to ensure they will not impact existing infrastructure/building services
  • •Provide 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance as required
  • •Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained
  • •Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
  • •Ensure an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence within the team
  • •Mentor and enable Training & Development of team members
  • •Implement regular communication forums with remote Assigned Site personnel
  • •Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • •On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premises
  • •Actively engage in JLL internal forums to ensure they are abreast of all innovation
  • •Work with the JLL Procurement Manager to ensure that contract procurement processes comply with Commonwealth procurement guidelines as well as JLL's best practice
  • •Manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs
