Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance
- Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system
- Develop and maintain a robust health and safety programs for each site
- Foster strong relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly
- Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client (property owner or asset manager)
- Prepare and present monthly operational reports to senior management
