Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned to asset objectives and budget
- Manage marketing budget to deliver maximum ROI and measurable performance outcomes
- Actively drive specialty mall leasing (SML) and Third Line Revenue (TLD) income in collaboration with leasing teams
- Identify and secure short-term retailers, pop-ups, kiosks, and experiential activations
- Negotiate commercial terms for casual mall leasing opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, and national brands
- Build strong relationships with retailers to support trade and campaign participation
- Lead community engagement initiatives to strengthen the Centre’s local positioning
- Prepare and manage annual marketing income and expenditure budgets
