Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact between Operations team and sector personnel
- Coordinate sector meetings and maintain Sector WIP reports
- Facilitate JBS integration/utilisation with valuers across the sector
- Monitor sector performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with Finance team and assist with financial processes
- Maintain website personnel profiles and valuation report templates
- Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training and CPD programs
- Support strategic planning and reporting initiatives
