Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging internal JLL business lines.
  • •Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; develop and execute targeted business development strategies.
  • •Secure introductory meetings with key decision-makers (Heads of Corporate Real Estate, C-suite, IT leaders) to present JLL's technology value proposition.
  • •Facilitate initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and identify opportunities to enhance their corporate real estate technology stack.
  • •Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets, tracking activities in CRM.
  • •Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships across JLL functions and business lines for streamlined client engagement.
  • •Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
