Key Responsibilities

•Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed: Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports, Meeting Agendas and Minutes
•Establish/Maintain project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget
•Establish/Maintain a detailed overall project programme with clear milestones and objectives
•Establish and maintain an accurate and up to date risk register
•Prepare PCG reports and attend PCG meetings as required
•Chair weekly project meetings as required
•Draft and issue meeting minutes and agendas
•Draft Vendor RFP preparation, scope writing and tendering
•Participate in value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically review design and documentation
•Carry out contract administration of vendors in accordance with legal requirements
•Establishing and maintaining anticipated cost reports including cash flows and accruals
•Reviewing and providing recommendations on variations
•Implement and maintain JLL Health Safety and Environmental systems
•Ensure attention to details and overall quality of final products
•Ensure Safety and Environmental Plan is in place and complied with
•Effectively run a project in the absence of the Project Manager
•Manage completion of project close out including financial close out and contractual documents
