- Applying best practice BA methodologies including data and process modelling
- Liaising with technical delivery teams and vendors
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings
- Analysing and designing solutions with product owners and architecture team
- Coordinating with technical delivery/development teams and vendors
- Validating and testing changes
- Managing software changes and releases
- Planning and executing implementation/cutover activities
- Evaluating system changes to minimise risk
- Documenting processes and updating knowledge base
- Providing support to systems support teams
