Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global social and culture vision, operating model, and transformation roadmap across markets, zones, and clusters.
- Own the global social strategy, including channel roles, editorial principles, always-on engagement, social-first standards, and campaign integration.
- Establish and govern enterprise-wide standards for social, creator, influencer, and cultural engagement, including brand safety, compliance, rights management, and risk mitigation.
- Lead the global BrewLab agenda, setting governance, ways of working, quality standards, and capability expectations across all marketing clusters.
- Drive the global social capability agenda through training, community building, talent development, and maturity uplift across teams and markets.
- Monitor social and cultural performance across the organization, translating insights into interventions, governance actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
