Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the global creative vision, operating model, and transformation roadmap across global, regional, and local teams.
  • •Lead the global creative agency ecosystem, including agency model design, partner selection, performance management, remuneration frameworks, and executive relationships.
  • •Own enterprise governance of non-working media investment, production economics, sourcing strategies, and operating model decisions.
  • •Establish global standards for creative quality, speed, governance, compliance, rights management, and efficient content delivery across markets.
  • •Drive creative innovation and capability building, including modular content, creative automation, GenAI-enabled production, and scalable asset systems.
  • •Monitor creative and operational performance, translating insights into transformation initiatives, partner actions, and continuous improvement across the organization.
