- Define and execute strategic sourcing plans for spare parts across multiple categories
- Lead and develop the spare parts procurement team
- Manage supplier relationships, driving performance in cost, quality, delivery, and innovation
- Collaborate with supply chain, service, and operations teams to ensure parts availability and demand alignment
- Identify and implement cost reduction and value improvement initiatives
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and structured reviews
- Support inventory optimization strategies while maintaining service levels for customers
