Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead a team of assembly team leaders (46 direct reports)
•Allocate tasks and monitor progress across the assembly floor
•Develop and motivate employees to reach their full potential
•Provide regular, constructive feedback on performance
•Carry out HR activities including employee selection and onboarding
•Draw up, implement, and monitor the Assembly plan
•Track and analyse operational KPIs, initiating corrective actions
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction, productivity, and quality
•Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
•Coordinate with other operational managers for cross-departmental collaboration
•Allocate resources (people, materials, budget) to meet quality and delivery targets
•Manage sickness absenteeism and oversee employee reintegration
•Supervise trainees and maintain relationships with educational institutions
•Communicate company policy and act as an ambassador for the organisation's vision
•Provide operational input to the Director of Operations
