Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute efficient and compliant HDC processing of inbound supplier deliveries, purchase order receipting, store replenishment, customer deliveries and customer collections
- Provide leadership and direction to a HDC operational team, developing employee knowledge and capability through coaching, training and performance feedback
- Support achievement of HDC key operational targets such as inventory management, cost, safety and service
- Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is operated safely as designed to maintain product integrity and workplace safety
- Ensure site waste and recycling processes are being achieved and complied with through direct and indirect resources such as delivery drivers
