Key Responsibilities
- Provide Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2 support as required in line with client needs and general desktop, hardware, software support and troubleshooting
- Assist school staff and students with their day-to-day technical needs and queries
- Maintain and support classroom technology including projectors, televisions, printers, speakers and other AV equipment
- Provide local support for the Notebooks for Teachers and Principals Program
- Deployment of system images including packaging, building, testing and updating in live environments
- Contribute to the technical documents of the school
- Participate in on-site installation of the overall system(s), both hardware and software
- Provide basic server administration skills in areas such as password resets, printer queues, backup media and network services
